  Getting timecodes from multiple clips into a spreadsheet

  Here goes… when i capture clips into premiere pro cs5.5 (Mac) it brings them in as multiple movie (mov) clips. If i look at them in Adobe Bridge i get a list of them with associated data fields at the top of the page e.g. date created, size type, etc. However i do not see columns for timecode start and stop. Does anyone know how i can add these columns (timecode start and stop) into Bridge or any other software so i can put the information into a spreadsheet. I think i’ve seen it done in Media Composer, but not interested in buying it right now

  I think OnLocation should/could be able to do what you want. It can definitely export CSVs of shot lists; now how easy it is to make a collection of already imported clips I don’t know but check it out and see if it does what you need it to.

  “File -> Export -> Filtered/Selected Project Items as Shot List” is, I think what you need.

  In testing it out before posting, I had to add the “Start Timecode” to the list of metadata display/columns.

  Thanks for taking the time and effort to respond. I opened online but could not see a column with time codes… hmmm
