    I’m using Premiere Pro CS5 5.0.3

I’m trying to export video via Firewire to a Panasonic AJ-D250 DVC Pro deck. Capture works great, but on export either I get just video and no audio, or no video or timecode at all.. depending on the settings I’m using. So far, I haven’t been able to determine what else I could be doing to get the export to work correctly to DVC Pro.

That is interesting as when I trialled it CS5.5 it would capture audio but, not video.I sent it back and went to Sony Vegas Movie Studio Platinum 11 for the basic editing I do with a stabilizer included ?
I am surprised that CS5.5.3 did not fix the issues

    Hi Dave,

I just trialled CS5.5.1 Premiere Pro and it is light years better than the last download, amazing. Everything went to plan, Export to Tape, capture HDV/mpeg-2, H.264mov to Blu-ray 1920 x 1080, but, I must admit, ENCORE is a overcomplicated mess, if you want to do simple BD, or DVD.

No bugs, no issues, can I survive ?
