    I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, LOVE this forum. I appreciate the help in advanced.

    I’m making the switch from Vegas Pro to Premiere because I hear that Vegas in not best suited for color grading and that’s a big part of what I do. I don’t mind learning a completely different program to get the best visuals possible.

    We shoot with DSLR’s, 5d MKii’s and a 7D.

    My question is about color grading and correction workflow. We’re shooting a lot of weddings. Should I edit the entire project first, then work on color? Or is working with color in After Effects going to give me better results? (If so, how would bring the entire project into AE?)

    You want to have your edit “locked” first. Then CC.
    Only affect the shots being used.
