  How do I use Premiere for anime dubs?

  A friend and I are currently working on a Yu-gi-oh parody, and all editor work has been placed on me. Now, I’ve never done lip flaps or syncing with the characters. I know it’s possible because many other people do it on Youtube. Do I use the timing to reverse the video slightly, slow it down, or speed it a bit? Please help me!

  Hi David,

  You could look at the After Effects’s puppet tool. It’s pretty easy to setup, and I’m sure there is a ton of tutorials on Youtube for that one.
