  Premiere Pro cs5.5 on ubuntu

  Hello Cow Community

  My god its been years since I have been back here. I made my old account almost 10 years ago but time flies and hotmail is terrible.

  I am an FCP guy but have decided to make the switch to Premiere Pro. I have search and search and am wondering if I buy Premiere Pro CS5.5 will it run on Ubuntu.

  I do not wish to use windowns of apple os anymore.

  Any advice or help would be appreciated. Its good to be back in the Cow Community.

  I have been doing some reading about a program called WINE. People are saying if works for After Effects. Any ideas?

  you can run it using wine, but it won’t stand as its only being emulated.

  If you can imagine it, then you can do it
