  Best Way to Make Proxy files from xdcam ex

  I need to create proxy files of each clip I shoot.

  What’s the best way to make proxies of an entire card of files? Can you keep metadata in the proxy file too?

  I don’t believe that it can keep metadata intact, but ProxyMill is probably the easiest. It’s also a bit pricey. Using Adobe Media Encoder is not as hands-free, but it sure is a lot less expensive!
