    Hi

I would like to know if anyone can tell me this. I would like to convert 48FPS RED material to 23.976 FPS. I did a try and it looks alright but it has some strobbing frames. Here’s what I did.

I made a comp in premiere and set the sequence settings to RED 23.976.
I pulled in my 48FPS footage and rendered it out as 23.976
I then took it into AE and put it in my 23.976 comp.
    now it studders..

anyone know what workflow I should use doing this?

    Thanks

I recommend doing the entire process in After Effects, which has much higher quality frame blending.
