  Creating mpeg 2 Program Stream

  How would I go about creating an mpeg 2 program stream using Premiere Pro CS 5.5 and Adobe Media Encoder? The original video is coming from an older version of Final Cut Pro HD. I have a few different exported files from FCP already, such as uncompressed 8 bit. What is the best way to go about doing this?
