  CS 5.5 on PC conforming issues

  Capturing HDV Footage via Cineform (HDLink) on a local Videoraid 0 on Workstation “A”. Make a roughcut in CS 4.
  Then take the ppro project to another workstation “B” in CS 5.5 for finishing. (Keeping the original files on the Workstation “A”) No problem so far. But very often CS 5.5 on Workstation “B” is losing conformed audio and starts a new conforming. Even the prerendered prv sequences are lost. I´ve a dedicated HD only for Cache and preview. It drives me crazy, because sometimes it happens when switching between Sequences or the last time it happened was when i rightclicked a psd file to edit in photoshop, as soon as photoshop opened, CS 5.5 started a new conforming for all files. Same happens when having the original files on a NAS Server.
  What is wrong here, any advice would be appreciated.
