  about the convertion between NTSC and PAL

  Dear Sir or Mz,

  I’m in trouble with the convertion between the NTSC and PAL.

  I use Final Cut to edit the video chip.and when I imported a NTSC clip and then export it in the form of PAL,a piece of black and silence will appear at the end of the exporting clip automaticlly.

  Would you please talk about the mechanism of the convertion used by final cut?

  This is the Premiere Pro forum. You might fare better in the Final Cut group.
