I’m trying to change one of the shortcuts in the program, and it saves fine, but when I try to perform the operation using the new keyframe, it does what the key used to do before my change.

When I go back into the Keyboard Shortcuts menu, my change shows on the list. However, when I look at the shortcut options in the Edit menu of the program, the change isn’t there.

    What gives?

Have you tried this with more than one shortcut? Can you edit any shortcuts at all?

Yes, I have. For instance, when I change Clear and Ripple Delete. I want Backspace to Clear, and the Delete key to Ripple Delete. However, using either one will Clear but not Ripple Delete even though it says so in the Keyboard Shorcuts. But when I reverse them (using Backspace to Ripple Delete and Delete to Clear) it works fine.

There are some other minor ones, but I’m just wondering why.

And some shortcuts changes work while others don’t.

I changed Ripple delete to Shift+Delete and it works, but I want Delete itself to work for it.
