Can’t render a good quality MP4 file from Premiere CS3.

Even though my specs are of a lower quality, my mp4 will look and sound good through about 3/4 of the way through, then the audio gets out of sync and the video begins a strange ‘pulsing’ from good quality to awful quality and play back stutters.

I’ve rendered my video to both .avi and .mov…then make my mp4 from that, and so far the best quality has been with the .mov. However, everything will be fine and looking good until just about halfway through a 5-6 minute video, everything becomes blurring and pixelated.

    Any suggestions?
