  Not seeing P2 card, as drive, in media browser

  I connecting HVX200a to desktop via usb2.0. I’m not seeing P2, as a drive in my media browser. I also connected via firewire also. Camera is detected by my desktop because I can see it in “My Computer”. I also can’t see footage info in the P2 viewer. Not sure what the problem is. THanks.

  1) can you navigate through the folders of the pP2 card on your desktop?

  2) is you media Browser set to P2 mode in the drop down?
