  setting a keyframe

  I cannot add a keyframe on an audio track to lower track volume. I used to use a backslash but now it doesn’t work. I used to set two keyframes; one to begin the audio lowering and one to end it. Not now! Any ideas?

  Make sure it the track is set to Track Volume and not Clip Volume.
  Use the pen tool with the ctrl key or press add/remove keyframes.
