    Hi.

My question may sound strange. I have a mixed video footage (24p & 30p) and I want both of them to be in a one 30p sequence. Meaning, converting the 24p to 30p as well.

The problem is, premiere cs5 converts the frame rate by adding in-between blending frames (frames that are 50% transparent of the two adjacent frames). I don’t want that. I want it to duplicate every fourth frame instead of adding a blending frame in between. This is the way After Effects converts 24p to 30p.

Is it possible to this in premiere too? Is there an option for that?
