Problems animating a garbage matt to blur skin wrinkles
I have an executive on screen speaking, and there are a lot of wrinkles in her neck and she asked me if I can fix it for her.
My main clip is on V1. I copied the clip and put it on V2. The clip on V2 has a gaussian blur that does a nice job of smoothing out her neck. I’m using an 8 point garbage matte to isolate just her neck on V2.
The speaker moves her head alot, so I have to put in a set of keyframes for the garbage matte frequently, say every half second. My problem is that when I drag the points of the garbage matte on my program window, it leaves handles and a track from the previous placement of the keyframe. After a few keyframes, my screen is an impossible mess of handles and paths covering the image, and I can’t see what I’m doing.
Does anyone know how to turn the handles and paths off so I just see the keyframes in my window?
Thanks for your response…
