  Pixelated footage burnt to DVD by Adobe Encoder

  Hi,
  I’m hoping someone can help, I’ve been using CS4 for a few years now and had no issues. Recently my new DVD’s have been pixelated, particularly where there is any movement, I haven’t changed any upload, project or encoder settings which are all DV Pal Widescreen 16:9, and the issue occurs on 2 separate computers.

  I’m wondering if this issue might be caused by faulty tapes or iwires? as it doesn’t look quite up to scratch when viewed in premiere pro either, or maybe because i uploaded on CS3 and edited on CS4 (though I’ve also done this before with no issues)

  Desperate for any help!
