  Smoothing out/Softening video

  I have some video I shot on a DVX100b at 60i. It looks pretty good but there are some lines (interlacing I guess) that I would like to get rid of. To make things simple to help me here is what I have so which of this would help me and roughly what settings?

  Magic Bullet Suite
  Saphire plugs
  Built in AE 7.0 plugs
