Looking for free DVD cover design + print on CD/DVD software
I am looking for a free software to print DVD/CD covers and print on CD/DVDs…If anyone got a good website to download the free software please let me know. Thanks in advance..

Usually that software is associated with printing hardware.

Label manufacturers like Avery offer free design software, not fancy though.

A simple search will bring up a bunch of sites like this
https://www.afreecodec.com/cd-dvd-cover-print/ which has software for labels and covers, etc. labels are suicidal on optical discs.
Like Vince mentioned, just about all printers that have disc print capabilities come with software for covers and print-on discs -
Why not use Photoshop. I can get you the templates for the Cover and DVD label. Just change the layers and the names. Interested, email me and I will get you some
