    Hello
    I am creating a project in adobe Premiere cs3 , Length of my Project is More than 8 Minutes .
    The Problem is that When i start edit my project sometimes it abruptly gives me error message.

    Sorry, a serious error has occurred...

    And sometimes it does not shutdown ,but stop doing anything ,for exmaple , If i play it , save it , it just does not work ,neither gives any error message nor does it work .

    This Is My Computer Configuration
    Pentium 4
    3.00 Ghz
    1.49Gb Ram

    Please provide me some solution to resolve this problem.

    Sounds like a computer not capable of handling codec from say a Canon 5 D mark II like h.264 mov file high definition 1920 x 1080 and or avchd. In other words underpowered to handle the editing, we have a 3.2 Ghz Pentium 4 which does not like the former, try changing the file to something more friendly like Microsoft avi, un compressed and/or use the Adobe Media Encoder.

    Check to see that the computer has the ADOBE Specifications to handle CS3 and or codecs. It does not look correct ?
