Problems exporting in Premiere Pro
Hi folks!
I’m new to PPro and I’ve been struggling for far too long exporting a video, it seems like the picture is doubled, but with a tiny delay. Well, not the worlds best expression, but have a look: https://www.jacobrosenvinge.com/Hero_Cykel_Test_.mp4 – then it’ll hopefully make sense…
How do I export this properly, so the picture becomes sharp?

What sort of material are you starting with? (framesize, compression, frame rate, etc) …and what are you trying to send it too? (same info).
Otherwise it’s too vague a question to really address…

Obviously Im pretty new to this, and I’ve realized that I’d pass some issues to easy…The input is 1920 × 1080 with codecs H.264, AAC. Made witha GoPro HD camera ( https://www.goprocamera.com/ )
The output resolution is not that important, I just wanted to be able to put it on youtube, vimeo and so.
I guess the issue might be, that the original recording is being speeded up to a 1000% – to get a fast run through the city…

I have 5 GoPro cameras… I wish I had more time to just get out and play with them, they’re a blast.
On your issue…my first guess would be that since the GoPro only records progressive, interlacing isn’t an issue unless you’ve loaded the footage onto a 1080i sequence instead of a 1080p…
That leaves Frame Blending…if you right click on the clip on the timeline, a menu pops up…find “Frame Blend” and be sure it isn’t checked. Then find “Field options” and make sure it’s set to “none”…
Then in the Media Encoder dialog, at the bottom of the settings on the right hand side of the window, once again make sure that “Use Frame Blending” is NOT checked.
These are the first areas I’d check.

Sorry for the late response, but I’m a bit busy…
You just nailed the issue, although I don’t know whether it was the import og the frame blending being the case. I started all over, and it just works! Thanks!My new issue is then how to export in a way, suitable for webplayers, eg. youtube, where the quality is nice and crisp, but in a file not being eg. 240 mb as the latest export i made?
