  Adobe Media Encoder

  I am currently teaching at a high school. We have Adobe CS4 Master Collection. I am planning on shooting video with a D90 SLR. I would like to know what format CS4 “likes best” when converting from Adobe Media Encoder. I know that CS5 recognizes MotionJpeg (that the D90 shoots) natively, but unfortunately, we won’t be upgrading until next year.
