  • Can’t find Analyze button for Speech Search

This is kinda weird. Why do I not have the Analyze button?

    https://www.westg8.com/vcp/metadata.jpg

I select the clip in the timeline (or in the project bin) and all the other metadata shows up, but I don’t have the Analyze button for the Speech Search function. Why not?

    Any help here?

And I’ve already confirm none of the clips are read only.

Can you widen out your pane a bit? It’s in the lower right corner.

I have the same issue. I suspect it has to do with CS5 inability to translate certain file types/codecs, etc. (i.e. AVChd) can anyone else verify?

When I render and replace the audio – it will *sometimes* give me the ‘analyze speech’ option.
