  Adobe premiere cs3, screen capture problem

  Hi there,

  I am having trouble importing screen capture and keeping high quality.

  I am importing from snagit which is a .avi file. for some reason this plays with no problems at high quality, as soon as I drop it into adobe prem cs3 it looses quality and also flickers slightly.

  Anyone know what I am doing wrong or a why of solving my problem?

  This is likely because the format is not well supported by Premiere.

  Have you tried an export? In many cases the export quality remains fine.

  If you installed the Microsoft Video 1 codec you might get it to work.
