Slippery Time Code
Hello,
I have hit a small road block on my latest project. I shot my footage using the Sony HVR-Z5, which gave me an output of .m2t files. Since I use Premiere CS3, I cannot edit the footage natively. Therefore I decided to use AviSynth for video serving using the method described here:
https://forum.videohelp.com/threads/273967-Editing-AVCHD-in-Premiere-without-intermediate-codecNow, this method has worked fine for me before, but here is the catch: every time I replace my low-res footage with the high-res avs files, the video seems to be off by about 25 frames. This only happens with my current sequence/project. If I try replacing the files in another project it works like a charm. The two files are identical in everything except resolution (one is proxy of course). If I place the two files on top of each other in a timeline, they match to the T.
Any help on this matter would be appreciated as the deadline is fast approaching.
