Hi, I am unable to import the audio tracks from my video clips into Premiere Pro CS3. If I try using Bridge,I can hear the sound but it will not go into the timeline, just the video. What am I doing wrong?
I’d appreciate any comments on the subject. Thanks, Walt

It is possible that your audio is sitting on V4, out of sight, scroll down and have a look.
It is also possible that your audio is Doldy and Premiere cannot import it without a easy “fix”. Close Premiere, from the Encore program folder copy ad2ac3dec.dll to Premiere/s program folder and try again.

Hi Mike, Thanks a lot for your prompt and accurate assesment.
I was able to transfer the ad2ac3dec.dll from Encore into Premiere and now the sound works great. Kudos.
I’m an old time film cameraman and editor with cero experience in video editing and learning to use Premiere Pro at my age is becoming quite a challenge.
    Thanks again, Walt
