I am shooting 720p 24fps HQ .mov files but I am not sure what my project setting should be in premiere CS4. How should I export the file without losing quality? I’m just not sure what settings to use.

You could setup a sequence using the custom “desktop” settings. Pick 1280×720 as the resolution and 24p as the frame. Your sequence settings will not affect the export quality.

    What are you exporting to?

I am exporting to encore and then I have to step down to sd 720×480 to get it on a dvd. I want to leave my final edit out of premiere at 1280×720 just to have on file. I am just not sure what my settings should be for that. I hope I can find a way to render it without losing any quality.
