  Premiere & AE sequence/comp Best Settings for HD Video

  I would appreciate any help on the following
  I need my final video to be in 1920*1080p for a final product either in Blu-ray or possibly in a film
  transfer facility.
  I use AE and premiere CS4 and 5 on Macbook pro 2.6
  With what Comp properties should I begin with in AE (a custom square pixel 1920*1080 25fps or an HDV 1440*1080)?
  What are the optimal settings in AE Render Queue so that I could edit in real time in Premiere without initial rendering (without a red bar in timeline)
