    Hi,

I recently captured some cctv footage that also includes the date, time, camera details in a white bar at the top.

I cant seem to stop this section of the footage flickering heavily.

I have tried adding as a new layer and cropping it so on the the white bar is showing and then put in back over the image.

I have also tried frame blend and field options but none of the combernations seem to work.

    Any ideas?

    cheers

Right click on the clip, select “Field Options” then select the “reduce or anti Flicker”.

    Thats always worked for me.
