  Fine tuning volume keyframes

  I move the sound keyframes (clip keyframes) with the mouse pointer in order to increase or decrease the gain. This method is very coarse, I can only select a few values of gain like 0 dB, and when I reach -22 it jumps to minus infinite.

  Is there a workaround to smooth it?

  Use the Effect Controls: you can scrub or either fill in numbers.
