Activity Forums Adobe Premiere Pro encore problem

    We need your help please. We upgraded to window 7 after that encore stop working. what it does is when we go to burn a disk in the middle of burning in encore we get a general error message and stop burning. I would appreciate any help please. Thank you in advance.

    Is your fireware up to date?
    Make a iso and burn with e.g. Nero.

    Sorry typo: firmware.
    Check with the manufacture if the latest update for your burner is installed.

    Hi, you can try some things…
    I don’t think is a problem with windows 7, but is more probably a problem in your footage. Have you try to render your sequence in mpeg2
    with PPro and then import that in Encore as timeline? There is somenthing in the point of the sequence where encore stop that can cause prloblem to the memory? (big photo or third party plugin)
    If yes try to reduce resolution of the photo or to substitute the plugin with something less memory hungry.
