I know how to do a corner pin displacement, where I can pin the corners of a piece of footage to points that I have tracked, but I want to do something like the opposite of that. I want to track 4 points inside a piece of footage and pin those to 4 static points in a comp. I have a series of images, and every image has 4 registration marks. I want to track the registration marks and then transform each image so that the registration marks are lined up. Can I do that in AE 6.5?

    ok, let me see.

You want to track 4 moving points and place them into 4 static points…

    Use that script:

to rototrack the moving points. Draw a 4 point mask and turn their position to trackers.

Thenk you can use the reshape filter with that resulting mask and a new mask that covers the whole footage. When you do that, that tracked part will grow to take that other form. Then you’ll be able to use that for the corner pin with the static points you want.

Still, I am not sure if the reshape filter would do it properly.
