  Closed Circuit Broadcast with Graphics

  Seems like a simple question, yet can’t seem to get an answer; I would like to take a video feed from a camcorder/webcam, run it through an Adobe tool (or other) adding lower third graphics, then output to a HD monitor. Basically closed circuit live broadcasting with lower third graphics without saved capture. I have CS4 Master Suite and a Macbook Pro. Is there a way to do this? Is there additional hardware software I need?

  That’s not an edit suite that’s a vision mixer you’re after. It ain’t cheap. Look up newtek.

  Jon-thanks much for the quick response. Newtek is pricey Any other lower cost s/w type ideas? I have been seeing low cost packages out there such as Vidblaster. Yet, can’t figure out how to output filtered content to TV out or VGA feed. What is the generic name for this H/W so I can search on the web? Francis.
