  Tape based recapture worflow…

  Hi Guys…

  I was wondering if someone could step me thru this, I ran into a snafu with this a few months ago, and was able to work around it, but now I wondering if PPro can do it.

  Captured low quality material from tape based sources so we could maximize disk space for an offline edit. At picture lock I wanted to conform the timeline with Hi rez media. I went thru the steps to create a “Trimmed Project” with the project manager. My understanding is that this should create a sequence referencing new clip entries (that’s clip metadata, not clip media).

  Now I want to tell PPro to capture from tape what used on the timeline.

  How do I do this?

  Batch Capture functions seem limited to multi-clip selects in the Project window.

  What am I missing?
