  Help with Production Prem CS4 Trial download

  Has anyone downloaded the Production Prem Suite CS4 Trial version and then purchased the Key to activate it?

  I just re-installed W7 Ultimate 64 onto a new boot drive (C). I’ve been having difficulties re-installing my retail box version of Production Premium Suite CS4 on the new W7 Ultimate64 boot drive. Adobe customer support portal people suggested the DVDs may be bad and said to download the trial version and plug-in my box version prod Key.

  The trial CS4 downloads in zip file; but when I extract and then exec the setup file (setup.exe) it repeatedly loops back to the panel following the “download completed” window. It seems stuck in a loop. Am I doing something wrong? Attached is screen shot of panels being returned after download. Any suggestions? Thanks.

  Please disregard the above message; I rebooted and did everything over again and it installed fine.
