  • Can’t view imported stills – Adobe Premiere CS4

    Hello,

I’m trying to create a video using imported stills (.jpeg) but when I import onto my sequence bar or view it on the monitor, it’s black.

Does anyone know what the problem could be?

    Hi Diane,

Make sure the images use RGB color and NOT CYMK, which is for print images. Also, make sure the dimensions are not too super-huge, SD video is 720×480, HD is at most 1920×1080, so for instance 6000×6000 images are overkill and may not even work, I don’t know offhand what the size limit is in CS4.

    Dear Jeff,

Thank you very much. That worked for me!

    Best regard,
    Dianne
