  Strobing Problem with moving type Help?

  I have a AE project that rendered out fine
  as a QT Sorensen3 compression movie.
  It plays well on macs but…
  when played on a windows machine, scolling type which I have
  on the bottom moving right to left (not very fast moving)
  does this weird strobing or shuttering kind of thing.

  Any thoughts?
