  Quality Setting disappeared in PPCS4.1

  Hi all,
  maybe a silly question. Did they the remove the option to change “playback quality setting” in the 4.1 version?
  I checked the top right hand corner of the video window and it’s not there. I can play with resolution but not with playback quality.

  Can anybody help?
