  Bezier Warp

  I have read and used the tutorial about using Bezier Warp in Bill O’Neil’s tutorial about creating lightstorms. Though the tutorial is well written, I cannot figure out how to use the Bezier Warp tool. I can get the effect using Bill’s directions, but in terms of using Bezier Warp on my own I can’t figure out how the verticies and tangents work and interact with each other.

  Any clues?
