I’m using PP CS3 to make an approximately 3 minute long video. I render, then export. It gets to late 81% complete, then stops and displays the event “No Output Generated” with no explanation whatsoever. It always happens at the same percentage. If I try again, it crashes at .01% and closes to the desktop. It won’t go to 80% unless I restart my computer. I have gone through process 11 times now and I don’t know what the problem is. I tried customizing my page files, thinking it might be a RAM issue (of which I have 1.5 gigs) but that didn’t help. I also had about 10 video files on layer 2. I thought that might be causing the problem so I dragged them into layer 1. Didn’t help. Has anyone had this problem before? I’d appreciate any help at all. I’m on a schedule unfortunately.

I suspect a bit of corrupt asset on the timeline. Export the first half using the Work Area bar, then the second half. When one half fails, divide it into 2 exports to try and narrow down where the failure is occurring.
