Hi, I’ve create titles in Premiere Pro CS4 for my project. I output to MPEG2-DVD. I use the following custom setting; widescreen progressive drop frame,CBR 7.5 and quality 5.0.(the project is all stills) The titles in the output monitor of the Media encoder look sharp, however after encoding and making a DVD they are anything but sharp. Lots of jaggies.Maybe they’re not sharp to start with but why would that be, I created them in Premiere. I’ve also imported other titles from AE(both mov and avi files), same problem. Am I missing a step or setting somewhere? I’m not sure what to do. Thanks,Gary

Try it without using a progressive encoder setting. My guess is that your sequence is interlaced, so using a progressive encoding preset is deinterlacing your graphics.
