  • Adding a banner on bottom of video.. Like News?

Hey… I was hoping if anyone knew of any good tutorials as to how to put a banner on the bottom of the screen… either in Jpeg format.. or in text.. and even from another video file.. It would be like the news.. when the anchor is talking and something either transitions in or fades in to say his name.. or like those ads that pop up in the middle of television shows advertising other shows.. you know? how would i not only like layer that.. but mess with the properties.. etc?

Open the titler, there are a lot of lower third templates there.

The nicer ones are usually designed in motion graphics applications.

Or you can buy some nice premade ones at digitaljuice.com

“After effects” for Motion graphics. If you are on Mac, also look for Shake and Motion. These are the easy ones, they only have a learning curve of a few years:-)

I would email DJ about your issue, or try a different browser. They also have free stuff here
