Pre Pro did something it has never done before and I hope never does again … It shut down saying that is had a serious error, not a big deal here as this has happened many times over the years, PC’s you know … After I restarted the program and went to my project it told me that all of my edited clips were “off line” yet they were in the bin … I did have a couple of sequences I edited a week or so ago that weren’t affected … If I did a “replace clip from bin” (didn’t matter what clip) then did an undo my edited clip would return … All the edits were there just the clips didn’t show on the timeline … I saved closed down but when I re-opened the clips were still “Off Line” … I then tried saving it as another project but that didn’t work I also tried to open the project on another computer but still had the same problem … I did start a new project using the same clips and that project seems to work fine … Please help this one left me lying alone on a country road cut and bleeding out … I am usinging CS3
