  Problems on timeline with vid clips

  ok i added this to shed some more light

  the area in the blue rectangle seems to be the issue

  ITS WAY TO FAR down on the clip, and no matter what i drag or try to add in or out points its like the clip is locked in read only

  i figured a visual would help everyone
