  No audio

  Greetings:

  I recently imported a mpeg movie into Premiere Pro. However, after importing, the audio portion does not play. The file is not seperated into a audio and video track so I can’t create a mono track which I thought was the problem. This footage was shot in anolog and then converted to digital.

  The audio plays fine when opened in windows media player or GOM player.

  Thanks for any help.

  Unbelievable!!!!!! It worked like a charm!!!! Thank you so much and I apologize for not looking at the FAQ before posting. I did do a search, but forgot about the FAQ.
