Superimposing Still Image onto Video Clip
I am looking for some help with a project I am working on. I am trying to take a video clip and superimpose someone elses head onto the body of one of the people in the clip. This doesn’t have to be perfect as it is more of a joke/roast but I want to be able to have my still image track a position on my video clip (say a nose) so that I don’t have to manually move the head every frame. Is there a way to do this easily? I would imagine this can be done with some sort of tracking or pinning but I am too new to figure it out and I cannot find anything on forums. If there is a tutorial or forum out there that shows you how to do this that would be great. Your help is much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

No “auto” tracking in Premiere, that’s a job for After Effects.
What you can do is keyframe the position/scale/rotation of the head clip and do this every few frames. You can also apply ease in / out to all these keyframes afterwards to make the motion smoother.
