    Can somebody please help me!!
I have an MPEG clip that I have imported into Premier, the video is fine, but the audio has taken the first 30 min and duplicated it throughout the whole 1.5 hour long clip. I have tried to re-import it, with the same results. I have copied and pasted it outside of the project and re-imported it, so that it would re-conform, same thing happens. When I watch it outside of Premier it plays fine, so the audio is there — this has happened twice now, and Im on a deadline!!
What should I do, any suggestions would be GREATLY appreciated!
    Thank you
    Ariane

I’d convert the Mpeg movie to an avi.
    then it should import correctly.

[Tom Krauska] “I’d convert the Mpeg movie to an avi.”

More specifically, convert to Type 2 DV AVI.

See: FAQ: How do I import xyz format files?

    Cheers
