  still pictures with CS3?

  I’m trying to take a still shot of some airplanes to i can study their paint job and make them on a flight simulator but I can’t find a still picture feature. I just got CS3 a few days ago and i’m pretty lost with the in depth stuff.

  In CS3, position playhead over frame you wish to Export, then go to File > Export > Frame

  You can choose from different formats such as TGA, BMP, etc.

  I believe this was changed in CS4 and requires use of the Adobe Media Encoder

  In addition to Jeff’s response you will find links to many free tutorials in the PremiereProPedia that will quickly show you how things are done in Premiere Pro.
