are premiere pro 1.5 files compatible with CS4
Hello, does anyone know if Premiere Pro 1.5 files will work ok in CS4? I’ve tried searching but can’t seem to find much info.

If by that you mean the Project file then yes, you can open it in CS4. If you experience problems you can also create a new CS4 project and import the 1.5 project file.

P.S. I’m talking about the Microsoft Windows platform, this will not work on an Apple Macintosh.

I also suggest making a COPY of your project file and opening the copy not the original…
Once it is saved under CS4 you’d never be able to open it again in the old version.
