  Audio Out of Sync PP CS4

  Is anyone having problems with the audio being out of sync for captured video? I am trying to capture a DV tape and the audio is about 6 seconds 23 frames ahead of the video. I cannot figure out what is going on? (I have a Mac Pro dual quad 10 gig ram)
